Nurse Kris: Your (almost) Daily Dose

I don’t like to work out, but I know it’s good for me.  I reluctantly get my rear in gear to get moving.  So, it’s no surprise I love a good ‘ole Dixie Shortcut when I can get it– well, I’ve got one:  lift less.
Yep, you heard me, you don’t have to bust a gut to gain strength.  Train with lighter weights using more reps– it’s just as effective as lifting heavier weights for fewer reps. Doing this causes smaller muscle fibers to fatigue which then recruits bigger muscles to chip-in and help.  This will make all your muscles stronger.
