This will be something I’ll bet you’ve never thought of: keep your hands cool. That shouldn’t be hard to do in Wisconsin (at least during the winter!)
Well, the theory is when you cool your hands, you cool the rest of your body which allows you to exercise longer.
Bottom line, a cooler body is a more comfortable body. One great way to keep your body cool and hydrated? Freeze a bottle of water and hang-on to it while you exercise (drink it as it melts!).
